What this covers

This is the single privacy policy of Clear Wins LLC. It applies to our website getclearwins.com and to tryclearwins.com and its subdomains (the domain we use for email and for our text-message demonstration), including the demonstration itself, the pages we prepare for individual businesses, and our email unsubscribe form. There is no other policy.

SMS demonstration

If you enter a phone number on our demo page, we send exactly two demonstration text messages to that number, then the sequence stops. Message frequency: a maximum of two messages per demo request, and no more than three demo requests per number per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for the demonstration are used only to deliver the two requested messages and to enforce our anti-abuse limits. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

What we collect and why

• Demo requests: the phone number you submit and your IP address, kept for abuse prevention and rate limiting, retained up to 12 months.
• Prepared pages: basic viewing measurements (that a page was opened, time on page, scroll depth). No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• Unsubscribe requests: the email address you submit, kept permanently so that we never contact it again. That is the entire purpose of keeping it.
• Email outreach: business contact details gathered from public sources, used to send individually prepared business correspondence with a working unsubscribe.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. Service providers that process data on our behalf (our hosting provider, and our SMS carrier for demo delivery) receive only what is necessary to provide the service.

Your choices

Text STOP to stop demo messages. Use our unsubscribe page to stop email. For access or deletion of your information, contact john@getclearwins.com and we will respond promptly.
